Automated match scores and AI summaries are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute final employment recommendations or legal compliance advice. Hiring teams are responsible for conducting independent human review and complying with applicable equal opportunity employment laws.

2. Acceptable Use & Document Authorization

Users represent that they have lawful authorization to process the resumes and job descriptions they upload into the tool. You agree not to use the service for unlawful scraping, automated denial-of-service requests, or unauthorized distribution of personal data.

This software and its educational guides are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While we use hybrid AI and local ATS fallback engines to maximize reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or 100% parsing accuracy on corrupted or image-scanned PDF files.
